He attended Patrick Studios Australia and worked closely with director Todd Patrick.  Throughout his training, Christian worked alongside Andrew Lloyd Webber in Love Never Dies for  the Melbourne season.  He also worked with UK superstar Robbie Williams in The Swing in 2014.

A high school graduate of performing arts school The McDonald College, Anthony has been a  professional musical theatre performer since childhood. Aged 11, he performed the role of Jeremy  Potts in the Australian production of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. He was also cast Pugsley Addams in the Broadway musical The Addams Family. Other credits include the role of Jason in the musical Falsettos and a member of the children's ensemble in the opera Tosca at the Sydney Opera House. Anthony’s thrilled to now be part of West  Side Story.

He also played the role of Alonzo in the Australia and New Zealand Tour of CATS The Musical, while understudying Rum Tum Tugger.

Further theatre credits include the role of Rum Tum Tugger in the Australian/New Zealand tour of CATS (RUG), 10th Anniversary Australasian tour of Wicked (Universal/GFO), Funny Girl (The Production Company); The Gathering (Vic Theatre Company); Follies in Concert (Storyboard Entertainment); and Curtains (The Production Company). In 2015, Daniel received the prestigious Rob Guest Endowment Award, which allowed him to perform in New York among Broadway stars. Daniel is thrilled to be joining the cast of West Side Story.

He has performed in several Opera Australia productions including AIDA, The Magic Flute and Madame  Butterfly. He was also part of The Australian Ballet’s The Nutcracker and played several roles in the Asian tour of CATS – The Musical (RUG). Other credits include Disney’s The Lion King - Antelope Tour, which toured Australia. On screen, Matt was also featured in TV series Dance Academy and the follow-up film Dance Academy - The Comeback.
